Nessarose Thropp is the name of the woman who becomes the Wicked Witch of the East in the Broadway musical 'Wicked'. We should point out that our decision to use her name for this amazing, dramatic and beautiful piece had nothing to do with the fact that she ruled over a country called Munchkinland...although?
